I provide 15 minute consultations with the goal of establishing whether or not we are a good fit as requested.

Please provide 24 hours to cancel a scheduled session.

No call no shows have a $40 fee to be paid prior to the next session.

More than 3 no call no shows will result in discontinuing services. I have this policy to ensure continuation of care.

Any information that is collected via our Website, App or the Service is covered by the Privacy Policy or the HIPAA Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the HIPAA Policy with respect to such submitted personal health information shall be resolved in favor of the HIPAA Policy.

Identifying information is collected and stored in a secured server. Communications are conducted via a secured HIPPA compliant service.

A signed and dated release of information will be required prior to any and all third-party provider contact where identifying information is required.

I am a mandated reporter, as such, I have an ethical obligation to report any suspicion of abuse or neglect of children, animals, disable individuals or persons otherwise suspected of being abused.
