I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a private psychotherapy practice in Plainville CT. I have been providing mental health services in multiple capacities since 2012, including community outreach work, victim advocacy, in- home based services, in patient intensive therapeutic services, and the Department of Children and Families.
I strive to empower, support and provide tools that will assist you in identifying and amplifying your strengths. I do so by implementing clinical and case managerial knowledge and bringing in my life experiences.
My practice blends strategies of evidence-based practices like Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy with approach is of openness, approachability and knowledge of family dynamics and the intersectionality of outside systems which shape daily experiences to the individual.
I specialize in supporting clients as they navigate life transitions, negotiate relationships with others and themselves and discover how to manage stress and anxiety with client centered goals in mind.
